You agree to use the Service in accordance with the following:

1. Membership Categories
Users of the Smartbooklibrary.com (SEL) agrees to become "Free Members" or "VIP Members" of the Service. Free members are allowed limited access or minimum downloads from our e-Books Library database, they also not entitled to receive our Smart e-Book Library module software. VIP Members are allowed to have full access on-line download and entitled to receive Smart e-Book Library software, all version or upgrade version for free - “for free” refer to the newer or upgrade version of the software in future that will be send upon request with minimum cost and shipping charge.

2. Membership Fees and Payments (commissions)
2.1  To be a VIP Members (Gold or Silver) of the Service, you are required to upgrade membership status once for lifetime, $60 USD (gold) and $40 USD (silver). No monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly basis renewal required. Both membership were entitled to receive basic commission and company refund commission for team work as follow when introduce new members to our SEL’s service:

2.2  In order to purchase Membership the user can use different methods as posted on our website.

2.3  Depending on the methods of payment, it may take from 8 hours to several days before the account status can be activated for VIP Membership.

2.4  Since the membership fee is once for lifetime, the fee is non-refundable.

2.5  If we find that any member has used a stolen or fraudulent credit card the personal information of that members will be forwarded to the Law enforcement agencies of the resident country of the member.

2.6  You understand that purchasing or upgrading to VIP members is does not means you are buying e-Books from SEL because the e-Books are free but rather for our continuous service, maintenance work and for the Smart e-Book Library software – this software is a template or a module for members to upload and manage files and on-line downloaded e-Books themselves. We will help to upload those e-Books as an optional service, it does not mean every single book will be uploaded into this software database.

2.7  You agree to use your referral link and/or VIP authorized code to introduce new members to smartebooklibrary.com as part of our members growing worldwide.

2.8  All VIP member can purchase extra VIP-Gold membership (Reseller code) from us with prepaid as many as possible - only for VIP-Gold and not VIP-Silver membership - if they wish to sale at their shop or helping other friends to buy. We will provide special reseller VIP-Gold authorization code once receive payment and redirect all those extra VIP membership owner under your down line. New users who bought VIP-Gold memberships (reseller code) through the middle person (distributor) must make sure the authorization code is entered and the system automatically activates as a VIP-Gold member for them after registered at www.smartebooklibrary.com. If after this step the user status is still under free member, please contact your seller (distributor). Extra unsold reseller VIP authorization code can be returned to the www.smartebooklibrary.com by canceled those purchased extra reseller code from their account. Few days after the cancellation of unsold VIP-Gold reseller code, we will verify that the VIP-Gold reseller authorized code does not registered to/under any name, then you money will be refund to your account after $1 USD deduction for company's cost.

2.9  You have agreed to accept the commission that is stated in (2.1) above and agreed that your VIP fees will be used to pay commission to other VIP members as stated in the table in (2.1) above.

2.10  Smartebooklibrary.com have full rights to use part or full of the money after minus the commission for purposes such as construction of schools, colleges, mosque and education centers around the world for education and religious purposes including giving it to charity when needed.

2.11  Members cannot by any reason share their smartebooklibrary.com login user password with other members because this is the user name and password that will be used to activate the SEL module software through on-line after installation. This is also part of our security work for our software and also a method to prevent software piracy issues. If you fail to follow this condition you membership will be suspended or terminated immediately with or without prior notice.

2.12  You understand that this is an educational and knowledge base program and not an investment program or scheme. You are responsible to explain to your new members or down line how it works in a proper manner – by means of gaining knowledge and it’s benefits. However you are also responsible to explain the membership earning system.

3. Modifications
We may modify this agreement from time to time. If you do not agree to any modifications, you should terminate your use of the Service. Your continued use of the service now, or following the posting of notice of any changes in this Agreement, will constitute a binding acceptance by you of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications.

4. Disclosure and Other Communication
We reserve the right to send electronic mail to you, for the purpose of informing you of changes or additions to the Service, or of any smartebooklibrary.com related products and services. We reserve the right to disclose information about your usage of the Service and demographics in forms that do not reveal your personal identity.

4. Ethical Standards
Ethical Standards As per our promise to the users, smartebooklibrary.com observes strict ethical guidelines, we follow the ethical rules of country of our majority members which include Muslims and Non-Muslims around the world. Any member found using offensive words language, picture or any other material that does not fit our ethical standards or the standard set by the Governments of those countries will be given a single warning and will be banned from the site if found guilty for the same offense second time, then we have a right to cancel their membership status with or without notice.

5. Monitoring of Information
We have the right to monitor all advertisements, public postings and messages to ensure that they conform to the content guidelines, which may be applicable from time to time.

6. Removal of Information
While we do not and cannot review every message or other material posted or sent by users of the Service, and are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete, move, or edit messages or materials, including without limitation profiles, public postings, messages, video and or audio recordings that we, in our sole discretion, deemed to violation the Acceptable use policy or Ethical standards set out above or any applicable content guidelines, or to be otherwise unacceptable. You shall remain solely responsible for the content of profiles, public postings, messages, video and or audio recordings and other materials you may upload to the Service or users of the Service.

7. Termination of Access to Service
We may, at our discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity, or that may otherwise affect the enjoyment of the Service or the Internet by others may be grounds for termination of your access to all or part of the Service at our discretion, and you may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

8. Proprietary Rights in Content on this site
By posting Content to any public area of this site, you automatically granted, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us, and other site Members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sub licenses of the foregoing.

SEL on-line and its software is source of knowledge without border for lovers and seekers of knowledge. You should understand and agree that all information and knowledge provided by SEL is self access. Every members is responsible for the knowledge that they search and use whether through confidence or practical. There maybe some readings that is not suitable with your age or beyond your comprehension or maybe different from your beliefs and understanding. SEL will not be responsible for any change of perception or beliefs that happen to them. SEL users are advised to refer the uncertainties of the reading to experts or discuss through forums with other members - simply reading, believe and practice is your own risk.

9. Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights
You understand that all the e-Books and downloadable material that members observed from our domain, service or other project work are free, however users have to cross check the laws of your country before downloading them. Most of our works are in the public domain and a small percentage is done with permission. The copyright laws of the place where you are located also govern what you can do with this work. Copyright laws in most countries are in a constant state of change. Please check the laws of your country in addition to the terms of this agreement before downloading, copying, displaying, performing, distributing or creating derivative works based on this work or any other smartebooklibrary.com work. For some copyrighted item (if any), you will need to contact the copyright holder for any needed permission. SEL cannot do this on your behalf, and does not have any ability to sub license copyrighted works. The Foundation makes no representations concerning the copyright status of any work in any country as we are work base on public domain.

10. Right to Use

Your right to use the Service is subject to any limitations, conditions and restrictions established by smartebooklibrary.com from time to time, at our discretion. We may alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including the availability of any service feature, database or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the service or restrict your access to parts or all of the service without notice or liability.
